How to Start and Stop the Electric Portable Air Compressor

Before the starting

1. Check the rotation direction of the motor for the first starting of the electric portable air compressor 

2. Check the oil level of the air compressor,the oil level is at the 3/4 of the oil pointer,if it is too low,then need to refuel.Please note to discharge all of the air and pressure in the vessel before opening filler cap.

3. Extruding the vacuum valve of the air filter to discharge the dust.

4. Check the vacuum indicator of the air filter.If the yellow piston reaches the area of red mark,then should change the filter element.Press the reset button to reset the indicator.

5. Open the vent valve,empty the air and pressure of the portable air compressor,then close the vent valve.

6. Connect the main circuit and controlling circuit.

Starting

Press the starting button,the electric portable air compressor will start and load automatically.

Normal and emergency stop

1. Press the stop button,the air compressor will unload and stop automatically.

2. Press the emergency stop button,the portable air compressor will stop immediately.

3. Disconnect the main circuit and controlling circuit,the portable air compressor will stop immediately.

How to Fill Portable Air Compressor

Make sure the power switch on the portable air compressor is set to "Off." Confirm the outlet pressure is at zero by turning the pressure regulator knob counterclockwise all the way. This will remove any air pressure at the outlet.

　　Attach a hose to the coupler.

　　Connect the compressor to a wall outlet and turn the power switch on the compressor to the "Auto" setting.

　　Stand-by and allow the machine to reach maximum pressure. The compressor will charge, the tank will fill with air and gain pressure. You can monitor the pressure on the tank pressure gauge.

　　Set the regulator to the pressure recommended by your tool manufacturer. They are all different, so check. Sometimes it will be labeled on the tool. Just rotate the pressure regulator knob and monitor the outlet pressure gauge.
