beginner using air compressor need to know the knowledge

　　before the beginners use air compressor,he need read the manual or consult the air compressor professional technical personnel, not only ensures the safety of the equipment, also reduce the cost of enterprise.

　　first, in front of the air compressor operation, should pay attention to the following questions:

　　1, keep the oil pool of lubricating oil in scale range, air compressor before operation should check the oil in the lubricator should not be below the scale line.

　　2, check whether all moving parts are flexible and the connection parts is fastening ,lubrication system is normal, motor and electric control equipment is safe and reliable or not.

　　3 beginner should check before operation, air compressor complete protective equipment and safety accessories are in good condition.

　　4, check whether the exhaust line is clear or not.

　　5, turn on the water, open all kinds of  inlet valves and make the cooling water clear.

　　Second, the air compressor operation should be paid attention to when after stopping for a long time before starting for the first time, must check, turning attention to impact, the phenomenon such as binding or abnormal noise.

　　Third, machinery must be in the condition of no load starting, after waiting for no-load operation is normal, and make the air compressor gradually into the load operation.

　　Fourth,when air compressor operation and normal operation,beginner often should pay attention to all kinds of meter reading, and be adjusted at any time.
